Clay soil with surface gravel.

Elaboration:

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging on fine lees for a period of 6 months. Final stabilization and bottling.

Tasting notes:

Violet-red color, very vibrant and clean.

Good intensity on the nose, very fresh with predominant varietal notes of

forest fruits and floral (violet) notes.

Powerful and full-bodied on the palate. It is ample, fresh, and unctuous. The tannins are ripe and

round. Red fruit and ripe fruit notes, floral

and spicy notes appear again. Good length and persistence.

The Winery is located on the family property of Finca Miralmonte, integrated in an area of 10 hectares where all kinds of activities related to the world of wine are carried out, with the intention of bringing knowledge of wine and the Bierzo region to anyone who wants to access it.

The building houses the production and aging facilities and has comfortable and modern facilities, incorporating all the necessary technology to obtain the best wines while maintaining the principles of a humble winery and without losing the unique identity and family character of the project.

The production area is equipped with stainless steel tanks of different capacities, with a maximum capacity that would allow us to reach 200,000 kg of production in each harvest. All of them are properly equipped with automatic cooling systems, which allow us to control the winemaking processes within the optimal temperature ranges to obtain our wines.
