This mezcal exhibits an attractive smoky flavor obtained from the wood-fired ovens used to preserve the ancestral essence of this distilled spirit. Created by La Cofradría, one of the most well-known distilleries in the country for its elegant tequilas, this delight is exclusively made with espadín agave. The cheerful design of its label is inspired by the Otomí people and their beliefs, which are related to nature and mutual respect.
Made in an artisanal manner, seeking the original flavor of Mezcal. The five classic steps are followed. First, the pineapple is cooked and the agave is crushed. Then, the mezcal is fermented and finished with distillation.
It is recommended to serve neat or on the rocks.
