Boiserie is our superior milk chocolate bar. Prepared with whole milk and 35% cocoa, the addition of a little natural vanilla flavouring results in an exquisite milk chocolate with aromatic notes of caramel and cream. The chocolate unfolds its full flavour and ideal consistency at a room temperature of about 21°C. Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder (22%), cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour. Cocoa min. 35% May contain traces of gluten and nuts.
