Elaboration and aging

Monteabellón 2021 comes from the freshest vineyards of the Winery, located near the Duero River, which gives it its characteristic freshness. It has been aged for five months in fifty percent French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes for Monteabellón 2021

• Appearance: Monteabellón 2018 has an intense cherry color.
• Nose: Intense sensations of blackberry and blueberry primarily, with the wood present and well integrated.
• Palate: With well-ripe tannins and perfectly structured, its taste is fruity and fresh.

Pairing

Monteabellón 2021 pairs very well with all types of meat and any kind of cheese.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 17ºC.
