The Mucho Más Red Wine is a masterpiece from Bodega Pagos del Rey, representing the essence of quality and simplicity at its finest. This wine is a carefully crafted blend made from the grape varieties Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Syrah, selected from different vineyard origins in Spain to create a unique and special combination.
The new trend in the wine world is blends. These wines are made with a special cuvée of different grapes from different strains, either for their regionality or variety. This makes them unique wines with their own identity, representing the art of winemaking.
The aim of the coupage is to obtain a different and special wine, using Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Syrah varieties from different Spanish vineyard origins, each contributing their own characteristics. The grapes come from old vineyards and are handpicked. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days at controlled temperatures of 26-28°C. The wine is aged in American oak barrels for 3-4 months until the completion of malolactic fermentation. The blend is then determined and the wines are assembled.
