Mix of 95% Glera, the main grape variety of the Prosecco designation, and 5% Raboso, a red grape variety that gives it its natural pink color. Fermentation of 60 days between the two grape varieties blended to delicately unify the juice.
On the nose, it is fruity with notes of small red fruits (berries, currants, raspberries). On the palate, it is round and delicate with cherry notes, with a slightly acidity perfectly controlled.
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
