Intense kiwi green colour. Intense fruity with vegetal notes of tomato, green grass, peach, artichoke, mint and green apple that gives it a lot of complexity in a very harmonious way. Bitter and spicy very balanced with a persistent and elegant menthol aftertaste

Inspiration of consumption:

The picual variety for its intense aroma and tomato flavour, is recommended to accompany with cheeses, tomato dressing, salads, meats, salmorejo and gazpacho, as well as with anchovies. And if you want to surprise yourself with something sweet, try it with dark chocolate
