Mark: Conservas de Cambados
Conservas de Cambados selects and acquires the clams from the Galician Rias directly from the most prestigious fish markets, choosing the largest and highest quality product during the extraction campaign. The clams are purified with sea water, and once they are clean and free of sand, they are manually placed in the can to be perfectly presented.
The Galician company Conservas de Cambados produces preserves from Galician estuaries such as the Ría de Arousa, famous not only for its size, but also for its marine wealth, which favors the cultivation of bivalves such as clams and cockles and mollusks such as mussels cultivated in floating nurseries called "bateas". From this and other Rías comes the best raw material that Conservas de Cambados carefully selects to elaborate the most select and handcrafted preserves.
