Niepoort Vintage 2015 has a deep and intense purple colour, almost opaque, with violet reflections. Its dense and concentrated layer is typical of great young Port wines, indicating its power and longevity.

On the nose, it is an extremely aromatic wine, with an explosion of black fruits such as blackberries, plums and blackcurrants. Accompanying these fruity aromas, subtle floral notes of violets and spicy hints of black pepper, cocoa and liquorice emerge, giving it great complexity.

On the palate, the Niepoort Vintage 2015 is full, opulent and very structured. The tannins are firm but refined, with an excellent balance between sweetness and acidity, which provides freshness and elegance to the whole. The flavours of ripe black fruits linger on the palate, accompanied by notes of dark chocolate, spices and a long, silky finish that promises a fascinating evolution over time.
