NOC Leyenda Red Wine Legend
NOC Leyenda wine is the result of the careful selection of the best grapes from the vineyards of Bodegas NOC.
For the production of this legend wine, the grapes are harvested by hand, selecting the best bunches in the vineyards owned by the winery, llocated in Los Yébenes with an area of 4,8ha of Tempranillo grapes, 1.8ha of Petit Verdot grapes and 4.8ha of Syrah grapes with gravel and clay soils at an altitude of 850m above sea level with a 25% slope and yields of 7.000kg per hectare.
The fermentation of the varieties is carried out separately in small stainless steel tanks, with manual punching down. Manual pressing in a vertical press and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where the wine Leyenda de NOC continues its aging for 24 months. Only 3000 bottles of this wine are produced.
