Oleum Excelsus Reserve Familiar is presented in a transparent glass bottle of 500 ml, so that the consumer can appreciate the golden green color of this magnificent olive oil on the spot, and in a case to protect it from light and heat for better preservation. Oleum Excelsus, derived entirely from century-old olive trees, reminiscent of green olives, with its predominant note being tomato plant, although it also brings to mind banana peel and green almond, and to a lesser extent, artichoke. The depth of the green aroma transforms into an intense flavor of olive leaf.
