This combination is mostly made with white tea pai mu tan, with some Sencha green tea and a strong orange flavor. An irresistible and at the same time restorative combination.
White tea is characterized because in its harvesting only the buds and new shoots are picked before they open. Only two processes are used for its production: withering and drying. It is therefore a non-oxidized tea and the closest to freshly harvested tea leaves.
The name "white tea" is derived from the fine silver-white hairs on the unopened buds of the tea plant, which gives the plant a whitish appearance. It is also known as the tea of youth, because it has the most antioxidants.
