Suggestions for conservation and consumption
The Castilian lentil has excellent cooking in any type of water. The color of the lentil darkens with the passage of time, product of oxidation when exposed to light.
It is recommended to keep the Castilian lentils in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight once opened in packaging.
