The oil of "Cortijo La Reina" is an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Premium category Our oil is monovarietal, specifically of the hojiblanca variety, although we have more varieties on the farm such as Picudo, Arbequina, Lechín or Picual.

At the organoleptic level it should be noted that this extra virgin olive oil is very aromatic, with flavors reminiscent of fresh green grass, fresh almonds. It is smooth and sweet on the palate at the entrance, with a slight bitter and spicy sensation at the end via aftertaste (as a positive characteristic note of the hojiblanca variety) and with a spectacular finish full of nuances that evoke green aromas.
