Organic red lentils from NaturGreen, also known as coral lentils, are a variety of lentil widely used in Asian cuisine. Due to not having an outer skin, they have a characteristic red color that turns yellow when cooked. They are rich in minerals, particularly iron, as well as providing carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamin B1. They are lentils with which to prepare a variety of delicious recipes.
