It has a medium fruity flavor of fresh olives, with green aromas of herbs and green wheat interspersed with the characteristic fruity notes of arbequino; almond, apple, and ripe banana stand out. Its taste is progressive, with a smooth and delicate entry, a very light bitter aftertaste, and a more notable presence of spiciness. It is harmonious and has an almond aftertaste.
