Parxet Brut Reserva is a Brut Reserva cava made from Pansa Blanca, Macabeo and Parellada, typical grapes from the Alella region.
Parxet is a historic Cava house producing sparkling wines by the Champenoise method since 1920. The vineyards located in the Alella area are planted on "Sauló" soils. Sands of granitic origin that confer salinity to the wines.
VIEW. Very pale colour with green reflections, very fine and persistent bubbles with a tendency to form a crown of foam.
NOSE. Delicate nose, notes of white fruit with a background of ageing aromas.
MOUTH. In the mouth it is ample, with personality and volume.
