Parxet María Cabané Gran Reserva Extra Brut is a Cava made with Macabeo, perellada and Pansa Blanca grapes, which are aged in Tiana cavas for 30 months.
Harvesting is done by hand and is always directed from the winery, to achieve a higher degree of quality.

The fermentation is carried out with controlled temperatures at 16ºC, which allows a self-clarification process. In this way, a more complex base wine is obtained, with greater foamability. Then two essential processes are carried out: the tirage and the pie de cuba (the yeast that ferments the sugar inside the bottle)
The ageing is carried out in Tiana cellars for a minimum of 30 months
To the eye it has a pale tone with golden reflections, very fine and persistent bubbles with a tendency to form a crown of foam.
