Directions for use

- Individuals weighing up to 80 kg: Take 1 capsule with 200 ml of water 30-60 minutes before physical activity and take 1 capsule with 200ml of water before going to bed.- Individuals weighing over 80kg: take 2 capsules with 200 ml of water 30-60 minutes before physical activity and take 2 capsules with 200ml of water before going to bed
