Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2004 Magnum is the result of a year of contrasts. The assembly of this exceptional cuvée is a masterpiece of precision. Chardonnays come exclusively from two legendary vineyard plots - Bouron Leroi and Bouron du Midi - located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, in the Cramant terroir. Located halfway up the southeastern slope of this exceptional Grand Cru, these two plots enjoy exposure to the first rays of sunlight that light up the dawn, causing the grapes to ripen slowly and uniformly.
Tasting notes of Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2004 Magnum Wooden Box Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2004 is clear and bright. Opal, with green nuances and a persistent mousse.
Generous as well as delicate aromas on the nose: lilac blossom and young white fruits, including peach and grapefruit. The notes of candied orange, vanilla and cream add its subtle sumptuousness to the bouquet.
The attack is fresh, spicy and suggestive. In the mouth it is as delicate as it is dynamic, and its magnificent body seduces the palate.
