Elaboration and aging
Pinna Fidelis Crianza 2018 is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. The harvest is carefully done by hand, selecting the best plots based on parameters such as soil type, sun exposure, and plot location. Once the grapes are harvested, the wines macerate for 35 days in order to extract the full potential of the grapes and obtain powerful and elegant wines.
Aging for 12-14 months in French and American oak barrels, periodically performing "batonages" in them, filling and racking the barrels in spring and autumn. Finally, it is clarified with egg white.
