Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie Villa San Martino is a white wine made from Pinot Grigio in the DOC Friuli by Cabert Winery.
The must is fermented separately from the skins by gentle pressing, the fermentation starts with selected yeasts and lasts on average 8-10 days at a temperature of 15°C - 17°C.
