Potato, Garlic and Onion Box

This assorted box of potatoes, garlic, and onions contains the basic products we use in Spanish cuisine.

They will come in handy, as you can store them for a long period of time in your pantry.

Garlic and potatoes need darkness and dislike humidity, so avoid the refrigerator.

Onions are not as affected by light, but it is also recommended to keep them in a well-ventilated place, in a wicker basket or a paper bag.
