Paleo Bio Potato Starch 250g Salud Viva. Fine and flavorless powder with excellent texture, provides greater viscosity than other starches and allows for the preparation of very tasty products. It is used to thicken sauces and many other things, and as a binder in cake flour, dough, cookies, and ice cream.

Directions for use

Take up to 4 tablespoons per day dissolved in water or other cold liquid. It can also be mixed with kefir. Start with one tablespoon per day and gradually increase the dosage. Dissolve the necessary amount of starch by mixing it with cold liquid to obtain a smooth cream. Boil a little of the liquid used to make the mixture and add the prepared cream, stirring constantly. Let it boil together for 1 minute and it's ready.
