Predicador Blanco 2018

Predicador Blanco is made at the Bodega Contador winery, located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra (La Rioja-Spain), with Garnacha Blanca, Malvasía and Viura.

The must is fermented in new French oak barrels, cold macerated for 48 hours and fermented at a controlled temperature of between 15-18ºC. Predicador Blanco is aged for 8 months in new French oak barrels (30%) and single wine barrels (70%).

Tasting notes of Predicador Blanco

Sight: Yellow colour.

Nose: With aromas of flowers, stone fruits (apricot, plum and pear) and fine aromatic herbs, fresh and complex.

Palate: In the mouth it is fresh and balanced, with a good and long acidity. With plenty of volume.
