We clean the veal meat and chop it only once. We add onion, beaten egg, and spices, and bake it at low temperature to make it extra juicy, and finally we sear it on the grill for a grilled touch. We serve it with broccoli, steamed fresh beans, tender baked potato, and caramelized onion in olive oil. The dishes from the Lifestyle line follow the Realfood philosophy 100%, they are low in salt and fats; they are light, nutritious, and for their preparation we only use healthy and natural ingredients, without any additives. This dish may contain allergens since, for the moment, all dishes are handmade in the same workshop.
