Ramón Bilbao Limited Edition is a modern inspired wine made from a selection of the best grapes and the best barrels. Ramón Bilbao Wineries were founded in 1924 by Ramón Bilbao in Haro (La Rioja) and have been passed down from generation to generation until 1999, when they were acquired by Diego Zamora SA.

Production and aging

Ramón Bilbao Limited Edition is made with carefully selected grapes that ferment traditionally in wooden vats at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine undergoes a 14-month aging process in new barrels of French oak from Allier and American oak from Virginia, followed by an additional 10 months in the bottle.
