Ramón Bilbao Rosado 2019 is made with the Tempranillo and Garnacha varieties. In the elaboration of Ramón Bilbao Rosado, bleeding is carried out by gravity without automatic pressing. The red grape enters the tank and macerates for two to four hours. At that moment, the must is collected by traditional bleeding by gravity, without mechanical pressing. The yield is approximately 40%.
It is a must that synthesizes the most primary aromas and flavors, those that resemble the Garnacha variety with its floral touches. It is followed by fermentation at low temperature (14ºC).
Ramón Bilbao Rosado is ideal for accompanying appetizers and cold dishes such as white asparagus, grilled vegetables, seafood salpicón, beef carpaccio, or risottos.
Consumption temperature between 8-10ºC.
