MOROCCAN SPICE BLEND
It is a very popular spice blend in Morocco, in the Maghreb and around the world. It is also known as "Maghrebi curry".
Made up of 17 different types of spices, to give a spectacular flavor to meals. No salt.
Ideal for couscous, tagines, marinating meats or fish... It combines very well for making homemade nuggets.
Add the spices to the vegetable stir-fry, before cooking the couscous, marinate the chicken with oil and Ras el hanout spices. Add the spices to the minced meat and make meatballs.
