Directions for use

Easy to use in a wide variety of dishes, from breakfast to dessert; in salads, tabbouleh, purees, soups, flans, cakes, etc. Quinoa should be washed beforehand to remove the bitter taste of saponin it contains. For cooking, bring two parts of water to a boil for each part of grain, add the quinoa, and simmer for 15 minutes. After a rest of another 5 minutes, gently separate the grains with a fork, and it's ready to serve.
