THE GRAPE
Made from a selection of parcels with an average age of 20 years and clay-limestone soil located at 500 meters above sea level.

THE HARVEST
The 2018 campaign was the latest in many years. The rains and snow were abundant in a cold winter that caused a delay from bud break that the vine did not recover throughout the cycle. The result: a fresh vintage of medium alcohol content and balanced acidity. Careful manual harvesting in crates to ensure the perfect condition of the fruit upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation in closed tanks with whole clusters for 12 days. Gentle draining and pressing using only the free-run juice for the making of this wine.
