Grape Variety: Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Aging: 12 months in American oak barrels.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Bright ruby red color, medium-high layer. Delicate nose with powerful aromas of ripe black fruit (currants), leather, coffee with a background of smoke and toast. Full-bodied and structured on the palate, with marked passage, enveloping and silky tannins.
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 ºC
Pairing: Strong roasts, mushrooms, semi-cured cheeses.
