The variety of grape used is 42% Syrah, 33% Tempranillo, and 25% Merlot. It belongs to Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla. Mazacruz Red Wine has received awards such as the Citadelle d'argent 2013, 88 Points Peñín, and 3 rel stars. Its production is very careful. First, a manual harvest is done, selecting the best quality bunches, and then cold maceration and fermentation at 26ºC in steel tanks. When the fermentation process is finished, malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels for 4 months. The production of Mazacruz Red Wine is 20,500 bottles.
