This wine belongs to the Somontano Designation of Origin. The grape variety used is 100% Garnacha.
The elaboration of this wine is done in several phases. First, the harvest is carried out at night. Then the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Later, the prefermentative maceration takes place for 6 days at 10ºC. And finally, fermentation up to 25ºC with two daily pump-overs.
It is recommended to consume this Monte Odina Garnacha Red Wine between 16º-18ºC. Alcohol content: 15%. In terms of pairing, this wine is ideal for red meats, roasts, and stews.
TASTING NOTES: In appearance, it boasts a cherry red color with a violet rim and a crystal-clear aspect. On the nose, one can perceive intense and clean aromas with hints of flowers and rosemary. On the palate, it is a complex and elegant wine. The palate reveals black fruits such as blackberry and hints of toasted notes and coffee.
