RED WINE PITTACUM
The red wine Pittacum is made with 100% Mencia grape variety, from old vines with sloping, well-drained, deep and fertile soils. This wine belongs to the D.O Bierzo.
Once the grapes are harvested, they are left in boxes and each cluster is selected one by one on a selection table, keeping only the best ones.
The aging of this wine takes place in barrels for 8 months, then it is bottled and another long rest begins for 2 more years.
