The vineyards of Casa Gran del Siurana have a unique location within the Priorat region. This allows for the production of grapes that ripen in the morning and afternoon sunlight, as well as clusters from both cooler and warmer areas. The selection of this diversity brings complexity and elegance to Cruor, which expresses in detail the terroir of the region. The wine ages for 14 months in French oak barrels. It is a long red wine, with all the essence of Priorat where the tannins are elegant and polished.
