Mix all ingredients together and season with pepper and salt or soy sauce - sesame oil, fresh chilli and grated fresh ginger are also delicious! Place the rice leaves one at a time in a flat bowl of warm water for 10 seconds until soft. Place them on a flat surface. Fill the rice leaves with the ingredients and roll up tightly.
