CompositionRice flour * (62%), tapioca starch *, sea salt.*organic farmingRecommendations for UsePreparation for 12 summer rolls: Choose vegetables you like (300-400g), e.g. bean sprouts *, carrot or red bell pepper, and cut them into thin strips. Choose your choice of fish, meat or vegetarian (approximately 150g), e.g. chicken, shrimp or tofu. Bake and cut into thin strips. Choose your herbs: e.g. cilantro, chives or mint. Choose noodles (about 50 g), e.g. Amaizin soy noodles. Cook according to instructions and rinse with cold water. Mix all ingredients together and season with pepper and salt or soy sauce - sesame oil, fresh chilli and grated fresh ginger are also delicious! Place the rice leaves one at a time in a flat bowl of warm water for 10 seconds until soft. Place them on a flat surface. Fill the rice leaves with the ingredients and roll up tightly.
