Biotin contributes to the maintenance of hair under normal conditions. Selenium and zinc contribute to both the maintenance of hair and nails under normal conditions, copper contributes to the normal pigmentation of hair. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage. Directions for use: It is recommended to take (the capsule contains 4 small tablets), preferably in the morning, with plenty of water. Away from protein drinks and/or meals. Warnings: May contain traces of soy lecithin.
