The 8th Lar de Maía Rosé Wine is a wine from the Castilla y León region, made with 100% Tempranillo grapes.
Hand selection in the vineyard and a second selection in the winery. After destemming and obtaining the must, it ferments at a controlled temperature to preserve a greater aromatic richness.
Aging: it is carried out with its own lees for the necessary time in stainless steel tanks using the bâtonnage technique periodically to bring silkiness to the wine. Finally, a slight filtering is done before bottling.
