The sheep's cheese with saffron and EVOO, it is highly recommended to remove from the refrigerator before consumption, until it reaches a temperature of about 18ºC.
Pasteurized sheep's milk, extra virgin olive oil, saffron threads, calcium chloride, lactic ferments, lysozyme (derived from eggs), rennet and salt. The surface is a yellowish ivory colour.
