Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Premium Category, obtained directly from olives grown in Finca El Jaurel, Jaén. This exclusive olive juice comes from a careful selection of the Picual, Picudo, and Hojiblanca varieties, elaborated with the skill and guarantee of our best artisans. Extracted in the first cold pressing, it comes from early harvests, between October and November, giving it exceptional organoleptic properties. Green oil with golden and luminous flashes, with an intense fruity aroma of green olives, accompanied by subtle notes of almond and tomato. It has a moderate bitterness and spiciness, with a medium-high intensity and a notable persistence in the mouth.
