Spelt noodles are higher in protein, minerals, vitamins and trace elements compared to regular wheat pasta. They are ideal for vegetarians as they contain all eight essential amino acids. They contain organically grown spelt flour and are recommended for constipation, obesity and any problem caused by lack of fiber. Like wheat, they contain gluten so they are contraindicated for people with gluten intolerance.
