Making: Pressing and bleeding of the must, partial alcoholic fermentation, stopped with the addition of cynic alcohol. It has been aged for 12 months in French oak barrels from the Allier forest to provide a light oxidation

Color: golden yellow with bright hues
Tasting: Impressive on the nose, very floral, with notes of lavender, lavender, honey must, very powerful aroma. The palate highlights its great unctuousness with great tear, very long and tasty with notes of citrus fruits such as lime, grapefruit and smoked along with sweet notes.
