Directions for use
Take 1 envelope per day for 14 days, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or at night before bed dissolved in water, milk, or yogurt at room temperature. Once diluted, wait 1 minute to activate the probiotics.
Maintenance Program: Take 1 envelope per week for 1 or 2 months.
It can be repeated several times a year if necessary.
