Tequila Volcán de mi Tierra Reposado is a tequila born in 2017, fruit of the union of the luxury giant LVMH Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy group, with the Gallardo family, aged in American and French oak barrels. Volcán de mi Tierra Reposado is a Premium Tequila and worked 100% with Blue Agave from the highlands. Free of additives. Each bottle respects the time and aging process; a liquid that rests for 135 days in new American and European oak barrels. This allows a complex interaction between the liquid and the wood.Volcán de mi Tierra Reposado represents the precision and harmony between terroir and wood. A blend of American and French oak barrels to exemplify the complexity as well as the finesse of the hacienda's agave. A 100% expression of the terroir of the Altos de Jalisco intertwined with the duality of oak and experimentation over time.distillation of the best Weber Azul agave in small batches. The agave spends 9 hours in the autoclave and a day later in the mill. Fermentation in a closed tank with rum yeasts for 3 days. From there it is transferred to American and European oak barrels where it spends 4 and a half months in each. A blend of tequilaS is established. It is then stabilized for 10 days, undergoes dilution and filtering and is stabilized for 15 to 30 days before being bottled and labeled by hand and numbered each bottle.Sight: Golden color.Nose: Sweet notes of agave accompanied by notes of fruits such as black currant, red apple, pineapple and peach, combined with nuts and dried fruits. Floral aftertaste with hints of honey. Very balanced and delicate.Palate: Smooth with an enveloping flavor on the back of the palate. Toasted and tobacco notes are found throughout the tasting. Fruity notes reappear highlighting pineapple with subtle citrus notes and a smooth and very pleasant honey flavor.
