Varieties: 70% White Grenache, 20% Riesling, 10% Gewürztraminer.
Alcoholic volume: 10.5%
The "Mielero" combines White Grenache with Riesling, resulting in a fresh, pleasant wine with an ideal balance between sweetness and acidity.
A maceration of 9 to 10 hours is carried out inside the press at low temperature. This process allows for a greater extraction of aromas, resulting in a profile that stands out for its fruity and floral notes. Halfway through the fermentation process, the must is cooled drastically and a filtering is carried out to stop the fermentation. This preserves the 40 grams of residual sugar naturally, without the need for additives, ensuring a wine of great aromatic richness and natural sweetness.
