The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old whisky is part of our Sherry Oak range, which is made up of a number of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in carefully selected oak casks that have previously held sherry from the Sherry Oak region to give them intensity and complexity. Full-bodied on the palate with flavours of mature oak, ginger and sultanas that are complemented by a natural light mahogany colour.

NOSE
Dried fruit and ginger with hints of vanilla and cinnamon.
PALATE
Smooth and intense, with hints of spice, clove, orange and ripe toasted oak.
FINISH
Lingering with dried fruits, ginger and orange zest.
RIPE OAK. GINGER. RAISINS.
Maturing exclusively in oak casks that have previously held oloroso sherry from Jerez (Spain), our intense, fruity and full-bodied "new creation" spirit is transformed into an iconic single malt. Once refilled, the spirit ages undisturbed in the same casks for 18 years to create this intense and complex single malt characterised by ripe oak, ginger and sultana flavours.
