Recommendations for Use
Hydrate 15 minutes in 2 parts warm water (or broth) and 1 part soy, to recover their spongy texture. They can be treated as minced meat for dressings, stir-fries and bolognese sauces, lasagna, cannelloni, or to make burgers, meatballs or taco filling.
