Composition : Duck foie gras France (67%), water (23%) , figs (7%), Armagnac (1.3%), salt, nitrite salt, sugar, spices.

Storage: 4 years from the date of manufacture, in a dry place.

Nutritional values for 100 g: Energy: 1596 Kj /387 kcal, fat: 38 g of which saturated fatty acids: 15 g, carbohydrates: 5.8 g of which sugars: 5.2 g, protein: 5.4 g, salt: 1 g.

Our advice: Eat at room temperature on toast, gingerbread or in buckwheat pancakes.

A jar of 80 g of fig toast can make 15 to 20 toasts.
