Camí de Sirga is a white wine, a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (40%) and Macabeo (60%). It is a bright, transparent, and fluid wine with a pale yellow color and greenish hues. On the nose, it has a medium aromatic intensity with a very fine quality, reminiscent of white flowers such as jasmine, fruits like pear and apple. Notes of freshly cut grass and citrus. On the palate, it has a very pleasant first impression, with good acidity that provides freshness. It is creamy, balanced, with flavors that remind us of flowers and white fruits. The finish is frank and quite long. It is a wine that invites you to taste and enjoy it. Manual harvest, static settling without clarifications, must fermented at a controlled temperature of 17 °C. Pairing: Ideal for appetizers (nuts, salmon, foie gras), seafood, and fish.
